Light Weight Rotary Screen Power Sluice that delivers the advantages of the Time-Proven TROMMEL - in a size and price that is PRACTICAL & AFFORDABLE!

The Gold Factory “Bonanza” is such a Product.
Its’ Duel Chamber Barrel is driven by a Powerful 12v gear motor with a gear pulley and a geared belt that turns the 12 inch outer sleeve at 25 r.p.m. (it handles a sizable load without slipping) while the 8 inch inner Steel Punch Plate Screen passes 1/2 inch minus material through to the 10x34 “Ramp Riffle” Sluice below.

The Feed Hopper has Water Bar w/ Flow Valve and Processes one Standard Shovel load every 20 seconds or up to three shovels per minute. Coble is discharged onto the ground out the end of the Screen Sleeve. Two “Scrubbers” Tumble the Hard Pac and Clay while the Interior Water Bar washes the Bank Run.

With a little ingenuity- you can place the unit over some cut down barrels and have yourself a Completely Self-Contained Recirculation Trommel for those …… Gold Rich Waterless Areas

Gator" is designed to clean the concentrates from your primary recovery device (Highbanker, Dredge, Stream Sluice etc.,).

The Hopper holds the equivalent of 1&1/2 Coffee Cans of material and the Water Bar Valve (and down angle) lets the operator set the processing rate.

Gator can be fed with a Garden Hose or, set up with a 12v pump. (not included).

It can be placed on a bench / table top or, over a tub, tank or buckets.

And, Gator makes cleanups FAST!

Our 12v “Shaker Table” performs just like the big tables but ….. It can be used ANYWHERE. Because it is a self contained, highly portable recirculating system, it works in the Shop, at Home, or in the Field!

The Deck Plate is made of a special Aluminum Alloy that has been produced by State of the Art Technology that machines V-Groves into its surface by a Computer Controlled Lathe to produce a consistent depth assuring proper material flow.

This new deck will not warp and will wear hard for many years.

The table has multiple adjustment points that enables the operator to set the material flow for any type of material cut they wish. It is “User Friendly” and, after a relatively short learning period, He or She will become proficient at separation and classification control. (Using a shaker table is as much of an Art as it is a Science). Material should be screened to 16 mesh for best results.

There are 4 discharge ports. The first collection trap will be mostly Gold with some black sand, the second will be black sand with some Gold, the third will be almost all black sand and the fourth will be all Gangue.

Tubs are available at Home Depot, Lowes or most major retailers selling mortar mixing equipment or concrete supplies. Excalibur Sluice Master

In the Spring of 2006, I produced the last of the original "Excalibur" model Power Sluices for a customer in Vermont.

Although those that owned them developed a Love Affair with the product, it was EXTREMELY labor intensive to produce.

It was very heavy and frankly, because of the time it took to build and the cost of the materials being used, it had become TOO EXPENSIVE, with the last few units selling for $1,695.00 without engine, pump, and hoses.

Even after I had removed Excalibur from my product line, I continued to receive inquiries from all over the planet.

I told them that if I could ever figure out a way to build it (with the same level of recovery) using more efficient labor methods, satisfactory materials, get it down to a manageable weight and the price down to an affordable level, I would offer it again.

WELL ... I FINNALY DID !!!

With the same level of recovery of the original, this new model weights in at under 20 pounds so it is light enough for even a person of slight build and strength to EASILY handle.

It can be produced in 1/3rd the labor time of the original without sacrificing quality or finish. The Industrial Grade Plastics are hard wearing and strong and it is COMPETITIVELY PRICED!

The new Hopper provides a "Slick Plate" shovel feed area where the bank run is BLASTED with two water "CANNONS" that immediately dissolve and stratify the material, then moves it downstream to the Reverse Wedge Grate that is 3/8ths at the opening and gets wider below the surface.

Being wider at the bottom than at the opening allows the material to fan out thus reducing the potential for clogging or plugging and keeps the material moving into the sluice. Material larger than 3/8ths is discharged overboard.

Materials smaller than 12 mesh are segregated from the bulk gangue via the "EXTRACTION RIFFLES" in the upper Flume Sluice and sent to the Lower Sluice where the Ultra Fine Gold is captured. Nuggets and Midlings (Course Gold) are caught in the Boil Box at the end of Upper Sluice where they are easily removed by the special drain in the Boil Box.

Nuggets and Course Gold are trapped in the " BOIL BOX " at the discharge end of the upper Flume. "Extraction Riffles" (Pat. Pend.) removes material ( - 12 mesh ) and sends it to the lower sluice where the Fine Gold is recovered as low as 200 mesh

Both sluices are “Quick Disconnect” and clean up in just seconds, with no Moss, Carpet, Riffle, Bars, or other moving parts to mess with.
